Some students are struggling to remember the correct heading for their papers.
On the top line, to the right of the left margin, they should write their first & last name and number.
On the second line, again to the right of the left margin, they should write the date. (Any format is fine for the date.)
On the third line, again to the right of the left margin, they write the subject/assignment.
