Brighten the Holidays Writing Activity

The Children's Hospital of Atlanta has a very special online writing campaign going on right now.  All you have to do is visit www.sharewithchildrens.org to share a message of hope with kids who are in the hospital during this holiday season.  They're trying to get 10,000 messages to scroll on the TV screens in the patients' rooms. It's just a fun way to share the hope with them this holiday season when they're stuck in the hospital!

We have quite a few sick students!  Some are home with cold and flu symptoms, and some (like me) are at school with cold symptoms.  I am constantly encouraging and reminding students to cover their mouths (and if possible to cough/sneeze into their elbows), to blow their noses, and to wash hands/use hand sanitizer.  Thanks for your help with this too!  Stay well!
