It has been a crazy busy week! I apologize for not keeping the blog updated this week.  The kids may have told you that I had to be out yesterday to attend a funeral.  Today, we watched the movie "Akeelah and the Bee" and watch the last 10 minutes or so on Monday.  (Bus riders got to see the ending, but everyone else missed the grande finale!)

Our social studies Civil War & Reconstruction test will be Tuesday.  We will review on class Monday, and students will have notes to study.

Many students are well on their to meeting their 6 book goal, but a few need to read more.  Please read this weekend!

4-H Class Officers

Competition was fierce, but in good spirit!  We had excellent candidates for each office.  Mr. Jennings and I were very impressed with the preparedness and initiative our students took!
